At the Annual General Meeting the programs work for the past year is reviewed and the work plan for the next calendar year is presented. New officers and board members are installed and the recipients of the Downtown Awards are recognized.
The Main Street Downtown Business Council
Is an association of business and property
owners in the Central Business District who
collaborate together to promote the businesses
and services in the downtown.
To work in collaboration with the Main Street
Covington program to promote the economic revitalization and preservation of the downtown.
The Downtown Business Council meets on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM at different businesses in the downtown. Meetings are held on the premises of downtown businesses and change location each month.
